Yoga FAQ
FIND THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION
What is your diet like?
I don't have any special diet. I love to eat foods that make me feel good and going to be vegetarian. I try to not consume processed food, candy, or snack. When trying to figure out your diet, go for healthy, eat foods that give you energy, that don’t make you feel heavy and slow after you eat and make it custom for you.

Do you lift weights? Or playing any other sports?
Yes, I do. It is a part of my training. Now I still play basket ball, sometimes running, kick boxing, aikido. Of course you could lift weights while doing yoga. Listen to your body and find out what you need.
How long have you been practicing yoga?
I got my first experience in 2015. After two wonderful years, I decide to take my journey to the new level by attending TTC (Teacher training course) to discover what true yoga is. Yes, and it's not only about the asana. It's the journey of life.
I love to do yoga, but I don't know where to start?
Start where you are. Don't worry. There is always enough room for anyone in yoga. If you're a beginner, you could search for your local studios. But, don't be a member yet. Try to attempt a few places till you find the most suitable one. You can start with gentle hatha or vinyasa. Then, if you want to challenge yourself you could attend ashtanga or power yoga. It is a journey to explore the world. So just take a first step.
What kind of yoga do you practice? And how much?
Now I practice up to 3 hours a day, 6 days a week. I love to experience myself through Hatha, Vinyasa and Power. Sometimes, I switch to Ashtanga to challenge myself. Just as I said, there is always enough room for anyone in yoga. Don't take it serious. Yoga is the way to enjoy yourself
